Chenille Cushions

Chenille is French for ‘caterpillar’, chenille fabric is made with raised loops of yarn, called pile. Chenille is commonly made from cotton or synthetic fibres like polyester can be both loosely woven and tightly woven. Chenille cushions like velvet will look different in one direction compared to another, as the fibres catch the light differently.
